The Apple Tree Social Club is centered around outdoor and wellness activities to cultivate mindfulness, healthy lifestyle choices and community.
For this month’s link up we are partnering with Golden Time of Day Yoga for a light 2.9mi hike through Kenneth Hahn Park
We’re meeting in the Japanese garden at 10:30am
Auen will lead a guided stretch at 10:45am
The hike will start promptly at 11am and should take approximately 1hr 30min
